Last year I sold my house at the lake. In 2023, I bought a 120 year old gas station in downtown Corsicana and proceeded to renovate it - with historical data guidelines - and now live in it. I have the only residential home permit downtown and absolutely love it. Stayed busy last year rebuilding my office and duplex. This year, I am "renovated out" and I am still working and participating in city and main street committees...just trying to stay busy and never slow down:-)) |
