"I have lived in Arlington, Texas for the better part of 50 years - with the exception of two years away, one in Arkansas and one in New York City. Twenty years in the publishing industry - 12 years with Rolling Stone magazine, the other 10 with various publishers, to name a couple, Time Warner and Downe Publishing. Twenty plus years in the security business with Honeywell and Westinghouse- ha, not as much fun as the publishing business for sure.

"I retired from the corporate world in 2011 and just wished I could have retired earlier.

"I am a self confessed workout and nutrition geek, I workout everyday and have been doing this routine for years and eat a plant based diet -ha somewhere between a bird and a caveman variety of food.

"I am still a car person who developed a love of fast cars and motorcycles at Kimball and it has remained a focus of mine for all these years. I currently play around on the street-(legally of course) and occasionally on the track with a 2016 Shelby GT 350, and two motorcycles, one a vintage bike the other a 2015 Harley-Davidson.

"This routine, combined with hanging out with wife Kristen ( 35 years of marriage ) kids and grandkids keeps me busy and full of good clean fun."
