Peggy Ann Finney was born and reared in Oak Cliff, Texas. She went to school at L.O. Donald Elementary and L.V. Stockard Junior High School before attending and graduating from Kimball High School in 1966. After graduation, Peggy attended El Centro Junior College before quitting to raise a family.
Her son, Jeff, is 34 years old and is living in Junction City, Kansas. Peggy has an eleven year old grandson who lives in Indiana. She raised 1 son and 2 step-daughters from her first marriage and is in the process of raising a 16-year old daughter from the second marriage. During the 1970's, Peggy's focus was her God, her church, her family and on the side, a successful run as a pitcher for a slow-pitch softball team sponsored by Tyler Street United Methodist Church in Oak Cliff. After a second divorce and 2 bouts of cancer in the 1980's, from which she learned the healing power of prayer, Peggy has been cancer-free since 1988. The 80's and 90's brought about lots of corporate changes in the banking world. Peggy went through a lay-off and is currently working full-time for ORIX Real Estate Capital Markets as an Administrative Assistant. |
