Bobby Jack Brady is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and the University of Houston. He has been married for 28 years to his wife Sue, and they have 4 children, Christine (age 25), Melissa (age 21), Bobby (age 19) and Andrew (age 18), as well as one grandchild Hanna (age 1).
Bobby served in Vietnam from 1969 to 1970, in the US Army. He is a Professional Engineer and is registered in the states of Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Wisconsin, New York, Oklahoma, Arizona and Georgia. He has worked around the world in Indonesia, Abu Dhabi, Oman, St. Croix Virgin Islands and Canada as well as the US mainland designing and building heavy industrial plants such as refineries, cement, petro-chemical, cryogenic, power and food plants. Bobby has been self-employed as a consulting engineer for 7 years, presently working and having worked 15 years for Bechtel, the largest engineering and construction company in the world, as a project manager and construction manager. He is presently working in St. Croix, Virgin Islands where he is overseeing the construction of a refinery expansion. Bobby and Sue have made their permanent home in Houston for the past 30 years, and they hope to relocate to the Hill Country as soon as their youngest son graduates from high school in May, 2002. |
